Description
This machine features high-tech, electronically controlled systems with brushless motors and electronic controls along an electric axis (gantry), which require minimal maintenance due to its gearless design.
The unwinder assembly is constructed from solid steel and contains pneumatic expanding shafts. The reel is equipped with an automatic brake and unwinds over a set of idle rollers, one of which is a passive dancer roller.
A sensor placed just before the towing roller detects calibration marks to ensure accurate alignment with the reel. The cutting system is a robust multi-disk setup made from welded steel, with manual adjustments for sheet squareness according to size requirements.
Cutting adjustments can be made on both the fixed and rotating counterblades. Sheets are conveyed on two sets of belts, stacked in groups of 5-30 on the stacker roller, and transported by a polyurethane timing belt system to a "high-pile" collection tray. The tray features a U-shaped hydraulic catwalk with a level indicator or an electronic system that adjusts based on the set number of sheets.
The cut sizes can be programmed directly from the touchscreen (10.4”) control panel, which is fully integrated into an aluminum frame with a rotating support arm. The control panel also allows for storage of past jobs in a dedicated database. Additionally, the machine’s automation is enhanced by a system for remote diagnostics.
