BAGS FEEDING

a)      Manual (Standard): The bags are manually placed in front of locating indexes for feeding into the machine. For a good print registration, the bags are transferred on a conveyor belt between the colors.

b)      Stream Feeder – Authomatic (Optional): The operator places bags into the automatic stream feeder, which holds up to 200 bags.  A set of suction pads then picks up each bag and places it onto a conveyor belt. Once in position, the front fingers retract, and the nip rollers pull the sheet into the machine. The stream feeder operates in sync with the machine's speed.

IMPRESSION

  • Print registration to the bag edge is done by front fingers and lateral guide
  • The bag is carried out through the printing units on a flat belt.
  • The printing units are guarded with transparent covers electrically controlled. Opening while the machine  is in operation, will automatically stop it.
  • The printing is done by standard flexo plates.
  • Each flexo printing unit is equipped in standard with an inking and a wiper cylinder Anilox.
  • The machine can be used with water or alcohol inks.

OUTFEED

a)     Sliding table (Standard): After printed, the bags are collected on a sliding table.

b)     Rotating plates (Optional): After printed, the bags are collected on 4 rotating plates. The time given by a complete rotation is sufficient for the ink to dry (suggested for conditions of drying difficulties).
